I'll be job hunting starting in August and I don't have the slightest clue where I should start regarding Benefits, Insurance etc!!! Any tips would be great!

Look for the "extra" stuff, like paid education for CEU's, time off at holidays, majority of insurance paid or 100%, which is really nice!, if they're willing to match for your 401K, etc. I've learned that its the extra stuff that really adds up!
